Those traveling by car are strictly required to use one of the private garages in the area (Garage Palazzo Vecchio, Garage Dei Tintori, Garage Italia, or Garage Fiesolana). Upon arrival, the garage staff will electronically register your license plate on the Municipality's portal to allow transit and avoid fines. 🤫 Quiet Hours: To ensure respect for the neighborhood and the tranquility of the condominium environment, we kindly ask you to observe the house rules and quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. As the accommodation is intended for multiple people, we kindly request that you pay special attention to keeping your voice down in the private hallway and inside the rooms during these times. ♻️ Waste Management: Separate waste collection is preferable and greatly appreciated.
